AZA Lab has begun to provide COVID-19 testing at our laboratory.

 Our facility utilizes real time antigen testing to accurately diagnose COVID-19.

(COVID-19 2019-nCoV) is the name for the respiratory Capitalization caused by infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV- 2).

Common symptoms of infection include Fever.

• Chills

• Congestion

• Nausea / Vomiting

• Diarrhea

• cough

• shortness of breath

• loss of taste or smell

• fatigue and muscle aches and breathing difficulties. In some cases, an infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.

Diagnosis of COVID-19 may be difficult when performing a physical exam because its symptoms miffer that of the common cold. 

Antigen and PCR laboratory tests can accurately and quickly identify if a patient has been exposed to COVID-19.

SARS CoV-2 PCR (Covid-19)

• PCR testing is a highly accurate test which informs the patient. if they have a current Infection, Our fast Aeeurte PCR results are ideal for both health-conscious individuals and international travelers.
• Helps inform patient management and prevention of transmission
• We offer the PCR Covid-19 test for international travelers

Serology

• A Positive serology test likely indicates A past infection
• The presence of COVID-19 antibodies
• Determines the status of the immune system and protection against the virus
• Positive serology means the presence of protective immunity
• Individuals with positive serology can donate convalescent plasma and help the community
• Negative serology means no previous exposure to the virus (absence of protective immunity)
• Helps employers and schools establish return work protocols
• Helps determine the timeline of infection

You will receive results by secure fax or through our online patient portal.

Our Lab will bill insurance for the test(s) performed.

If the patient has requested to be self Pay pay a Combo PCR/ Antigen test is available for $150  or Our stand-alone Antigen test is available for  $65.
